Since then the Center for Assessment and Treatment has provided an incredible amount of aid to individuals who may not have had access to therapy treatments. We recently sat down with Roseann Bennett to go a little more in-depth about her life and career.

What is your typical work routine?

Roseann Bennet states that because she is primarily in charge of the direction, and coordination of the assessment and treatment center then she is an integral part of its daily operation. On top of the day-to-day operations of the center, Bennet also takes care of her own clinical caseload. This is mainly due to her continued passion for helping others and allowing them to understand that change is possible

What type of productivity tips do you have for us?

One of the most important habits to have when there is so much to be done is to understand when to walk away, says Roseann Bennet. This allows the mind to clear up and think over the situation. In addition to that, Bennet firmly believes in having a passion for any project she is working on; this greatly influences the quality of the work.

How do you end your days?

One of the most satisfying things to do at the end of a heavy work day is crossing out all the tasks that were completed, says Roseann Bennett. In addition, it is crucial that Bennett organizes her current work and plan out the tasks that need to be completed for the upcoming day and week.

Dr. Saad Saad: Helping Young Children With Critical Needs

Dr. Saad Saad has made a name for himself being one of the most prominent, successful and established individuals in the field of pediatrics and pediatric surgery. Dr. Saad Saad is based in Eatontown, New Jersey and he is very popular for sparking new innovations and for his expertise in the medical field.

Dr. Saad Saad has gained the attention and the interest of clinicians, medical experts, doctors and humanitarians to distances far and wide – he became so popular for his skills that even the Saudi Royal Family hired him to be the official family pediatrician. Dr. Saad Saad is known for accomplishing hundreds of successful surgeries in his career.

More than ten years ago, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund connected with Dr. Saad Saad in order to help address the needs of the Arab youth in the Middle East. The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (or the PCRF) is a non-profit organization with no political ties that is founded in 1991.

Specifically, they connected with Dr. Saad Saad because they are in need of a pediatric surgeon to perform a surgery on a life-threatening procedure on a 15-year-old child that was hit by a shotgun in the region of West Bank – to which his injuries were far too great for local doctors to perform the surgery and it was very risky as well.

The Palestine Children’s Relief Fund then sent Dr. Saad Saad into the West Bank in order to treat the child’s severe injury.

Dr. Saad Saad defined the situation to be very gruesome because of the gunshot wound that the child attained, the child had very deep holes in his belly from the gunshot. The holes resulted to burns on the boy’s body and he had a very difficult time eating. Dr. Saad Saad took 7 full hours to complete the surgery, stitching up wounds and repairing internal problems – the surgery went perfectly, nothing less to expect from Dr. Saad Saad.

Nearly 9 years ago, Dr. Saad performed another critical surgery to a young girl that had her intestines protruding from her gut. For about a year and a half, local doctors struggled to keep the girl healthy and to even mildly give the girl a slight recovery.

The Palestine Children Relief Fund sent Dr. Saad Saad as well to treat the girl – and he came up with a “Fig Leaf Cover” solution to cover up the exposed area of the girl.

Dr. Saad Saad took about 5 hours until he successfully finished the operation, and it has helped the girl live her life normally again. Dr. Saad Saad is now very well known to be helping the young who are in need of critical medicinal help even if it was for free.
